There was this guy who wanted to become a monk, not me uh. Haha. So yeah, he went to the temple to consult other monks on how he could join them. They said that he had to embark on a sacred journey to a special cave. And in that cave he will see a red door. And in that door he will see the secrets and officially become a monk.

The oldest monk told him the way to that cave. This is what he said,"You will have to go up the mountain, down the mountain, up the mountain again, and down again. There, you will see a cave. Go through the cave, beware the bats. You will be faced to turn either turn left or right. Go right. After you exit the cave, swim through the river you see on the left. Then go around the hill, not up it. You will see another mountain. On top, there is a cave. That is your destination."

So the man left, remembering what the oldest monk told him. He went up, down, up again, down again. Went through the cave, ignored the bats. He turned right and swam as fast as he could. Exhausted, he staggered around the hill only to see the highest mountain ever. He saw the bright, flickering light of fire from the cave at the mountain's peak. Seeing it gave him faith and he carried on with his journey. It took him 2 long days to reach the cave. Looking into the cave, he saw the big red door at the end. Excitedly he sprinted toward it, only to be greeted by a bear. He fought the bear and won, although getting injured in the process. And then he walked slowly to the door, twisted its knob and pulled the door open.

And there it was, the secrets of the monks in all its glory. After reading these few secrets, the man immediately felt enlightened and felt the passion burning in his heart. Do you want to know what the secrets were? Do you really want to know?
